Its rehydrating properties are crucial for sustaining energy levels and promoting overall skin hydration and health.
- Electrolytes: Essential minerals like sodium, potassium, and chloride are incorporated to regulate fluid balance, support nerve function, and ensure proper muscle contractions. These minerals not only prevent dehydration but also play a vital role in supporting energy levels and overall bodily functions, including immune system health.
- Amino Acids: These building blocks of proteins aid in muscle repair and various bodily functions. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) such as leucine, isoleucine, and valine can be included to specifically support muscle protein synthesis and alleviate muscle soreness. Specific amino acids like taurine, L-carnitine, and arginine cater to energy production, mental alertness, immune function, and liver health.
- Vitamins:
A. Vitamin C: Known for its antioxidant properties, Vitamin C supports immune function and collagen production, combating oxidative stress associated with physical activity and alcohol consumption.

C. Vitamin D: Supports and regulates many cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuroprotective properties support and regulate immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity. Our bodies can only absorb calcium, which is the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present.
D. Vitamin E: An antioxidant protecting the skin from oxidative damage and supporting overall skin health.
- Minerals:
A. Magnesium: Supports muscle and nerve function, energy production, and bone health, reducing muscle cramps and fatigue.
B. Calcium: Essential for bone health, nerve function, and blood clotting, as well as muscle contractions.
C. Zinc: An essential mineral that plays a role in immune function, wound healing, and DNA synthesis. Helps to alleviate symptoms from stress, including Alcohol-induced stress to our bodies.
- L-Carnitine: An amino acid derivative supporting energy metabolism and the transportation of fatty acids into cells for potential fat metabolism.
- L-Arginine: An amino acid supporting nitric oxide production, potentially enhancing blood flow and exercise performance.
- Glutathione: A primary and potent antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals and supports the detoxification processes of the liver. It protects us from toxins, improves cellular function, contributes to skin brightening and overall skin health and enhances recovery. Gluthatione levels tend to decrease as we age and/or with poor overall health or chronic illness.
- Anti-Inflammatory Agents: Supplements such as turmeric or omega-3 fatty acids help to reduce inflammation and promote faster recovery.
